How Does Dynamico Designs Determine the Cost for Web Development and Web Design?

I quote you an amount of ‘time-blocks’ that will be required of me to complete your project based on the initial information given by the requesting client. My rate will stand on the initial quoted project (regarless of whether it takes me longer than expected to finish a certain quoted project, I honor my quote without raising the cost).

NOTE: ‘time-blocks’ aren’t always overlayed: I designate blocks based off my work-schedule and availability – example: a ’24 hour time-block’ period can take up to a week or two depending on what other clients I have booked ‘blocks’ for in my schedule. The time to finish will still be the same, but the days available will vary – client will know ahead of time and have the decision to allow me to take on the project or not.

If there are changes that are ‘not’ disclosed, made clear, or otherwise, similar in situation to the aforementioned at which neither party (client or developer) have written or documented evidence that a certain portion of the project was previously disclosed or made known as being a part of the initial agreement/contract by both parties, then that will result in my adding to the ‘block’ hours. This will be made known prior to billing to which the client has an opportunity to review the revamped project specifics and rate to ultimately decide.

Why yes! As your web developer and web designer, I have my own set of ‘templates’ I’ve solely developed to accommodate each and every one of these Social Media outlets ready for use for you! I can customize your Twitter account to suit the look of your business; develope a unique YouTube page that will blow you away, and create pages within your FaceBook fanpage to give your potential audience the content they are looking for: I’m proficient in how to take advantage of each of these platforms to catch the attention of your audience as well as monitoring the statistics. In addition, I most likely will stress the importance of blogging for your business: to keep up with business, some or most of these are necessary to adapt to to remain competitive and successful.

OK, the Project is Complete Under the Initial Agreement, but I Want Changes – What Happens Now?

Under the situation that there are new edits, changes, etc., the first two (edits/changes) will not be billed as minor changes are mostly expected by any website developer and website designer; but any edits, changes, etc. beginning on or after three will be billed at 75% rate/hour project was initially billed on until client is satisfied and no other edits are required. Note: ‘Pagosa Springs Resident Discount’ and ‘Hosting Discount’ are not applied to this fee: this fee is 75% of the ‘standard’ rate witout discount.

Either One Time, Infrequent, or Frequent Basis Changes are Needed

Depending on the rate at which you hired me at without the initial discount (example: you initially hired me with the 6 hour block rate of $50/hr), any existing clients will get a permanent 15% discount for life (example: at the $50/hr rate, your permanent life rate would be $42.50/hr). Note: Initial discounts given when initially hired are not applied to any hourly rates after initial project is completed as those discounts were introductory rates.
